We know home isn’t really home without your pet by your side. Dogs and cats are welcome at Ridgewood, and they’re sure to enjoy it here just as much as you do. Your pooch will love meeting other dogs in our pet park, while your cat will have a great time people-watching from the window. PET REQUIREMENTS

A pet profile (with PetScreening.com) and agreement for each pet required.

Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Some breed restrictions.

No weight limits.

Applicable fees and deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home. One-time fee of $300 per pet. Pet rent is $10 per month per pet.

Animals not typically found in households including but not limited to monkeys, large birds, farm animals, squirrels, and large snakes and large lizards are prohibited. Aquariums over 15 gallons are also prohibited.
